Tomorrow is an anniversary that I dread every year. Nine years ago tomorrow I lost my best friend, my lover, my wife, my daughter's mother. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, teacher, and friend. Teresa Shirlen Freed was an awesome person! Her life was too short. The Lord had plans for her with Him, and she passed away on the evening of April 19, 2004. Please remember my daughter and me in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow. Though nine years have passed, we still have the scars of that evening. We know that our Lord is with us and continues to care for us, and that Teresa/Mommy is in a better place, but we still miss her and love her.
