Counting States

I love counting the number of states I've traveled to. I'm up to 41. I still need to add Idaho, North Dakota, Iowa, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the two most distant, Alaska and Hawaii.

What's even more fun is helping my daughter and road trip companion increase her own state count. Our current New England trip has gotten her count up to 27, and she's very excited about that. Maine was #26 and Vermont #27. We're going to have to plan a big Out West trip soon. I've always wanted to drive to Hawaii!
